A medical record is a complete record of a patient’s key clinical and medical history. It has notes pertinent to the health care delivered to our patients from our doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, social workers and all other Essen Health Care staff who support in the delivery of exceptional quality of medical care to our patients.
Using a unified system of medical records system helps us maintain the continuity of care between the different health care providers at Essen Health Care that our patients see throughout their life so that any of our patient’s care providers can get an instant understanding of what has occurred previously to the patient.
As a patient, our electronic medical records system, eClinicalWorks ensures that your health information is accurately and securely maintained. For the convenience of our patients, reports and results from laboratories, specialists, medical imaging facilities, pharmacies, etc become electronically available through our EMR.
