Essen Medical Associates’ Civil Surgeon is authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Department to conduct the necessary medical exams and complete the required immigration forms. Medical examinations in the United States are typically required for adjustment of immigration status (such as green card) cases (Form I-485), and for requests of “V” non-immigrant status (Form I-539). We offer applicants the required vaccinations and blood testing that they need meet these requirements.
