Strategize and implement business strategies, plans, and creates policy to achieve medical offices goals. Establish comprehensive goals for driving organizational vision, operation strategy, performance, and growth. Analyze the trend to enter new areas and scale the health care business and operations. Work with COO and CEO, and clinical leadership to develop goals and strategies to increase the covered lives. Develop and implement business plans into tactical action items, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed; delegate tasks to meet goals and objective; build accountability for and measuring performance and developing contingency plan accordingly. Manage budget ensuing spending within the budget allocation; monitor and control expenditures and provide input and direction to the budget planning process demonstrating comprehensive financial acumen.
